We have several 'Jira - Check issue' tasks that hang because they do not "sense" that the issue on Jira side has already reached the desired status. This can be led always back to an intermittent unavailability/network problem to the Jira server. In this case we would like Release to fail these tasks - so with a retry they can really check the valid status of an issue.
