Some sort of auto-save facility would be useful. When I am scripting tests, I have to look up defects, stories, etc and I often forget to press the OK button for the current test window before I open another window, thereby losing all my data.
When you click on a link and new window opens which automatically closes an existing window, a prompt to save any changes that have been made would remedy this.

I don't see show you can have a product without this feature. I was almost done with writing a large test case and the system timed out and I lost everything! 1.5 hours of work GONE! POOF! Or al least a warning to save...
Add a Save button or implement Auto-Save to each text/data entry point, e.g. Description, Resolution, Steps, Expected Results, etc.
