Please support URLs that contain the ID of the story, task, or test at hand -- instead of
https://www10.v1host.com/CORP01/Default.aspx?Page=Widgets%2fDetails%2fStoryLookup&AssetWindow=true&AssetContext=Story%3a16063
something more like
https://www10.v1host.com/CORP01/story/B-02434
or less pretty, but at least no obfuscated ID:
https://www10.v1host.com/CORP01/Default.aspx?Page=Story&Id=B-02434
would greatly help intra-team email and IM references to version one artifacts.

I am not sure why this is needed. If you send the id with the link and the link doesn't work for whatever reason, the ID can be pasted into the many search areas of V1. Does using the search not work for you?
short, pretty, predictable, share-able URLs contribute to the overall usability of an application... that's why. +1!
don't make me share an id or make me lean on search, search is slow too.
To follow the example in the Idea, you can link directly to any asset by it's ID number using the format of:
https://www10.v1host.com/CORP01/assetdetail.v1?Number=S-01094
