We use the API to pull information from Agility, but Percent Complete on Epics is not an available option. This hurts our ability to get insight into where all our work stands.

Thanks for submitting this idea, unfortunately the percent complete is calculated on page load not a stored value in the DB. Due to this, using the API you would need to calculate the percent complete programmatically using the API in a similar way we do on the front-end of the Agility.
