When converting a Story to a defect (or defect to story) include a reference to the original story so you can see history on the original story. This is helpful when you have a lot of history with an original story or defect and you want to know how you got to this point!

Thank you for submitting this idea, I am checking with engineering on feasibility.
We thought we could add the story/defect id as part of the history tab, change info details which can be used as the reference to understand the original asset id
