Update "To Do Hrs" when Efforts are entered by users.

Hello, thanks for submitting to Ideaspace! I can understand that you might want Agility to update the "To Do" hours as effort is entered. Only the individual is most certain of how much time is actually left since they are closest to the work itself. There could be less time since they were able to work uninterrupted, or more time since they found something they had not planned on before estimating the time needed. For this reason, Agility will not update "To Do" hours automatically as effort is tracked.
