The Portfolio Kanban is only managed via the Display Fields for a project. Only System Admins can adjust this list in our organization. In the team space, a project admin can create a customized team process for the Team Room Kanban.
It would be nice to be able to do the same for Portfolio Process where the Portfolio Workspace can have a custom Kanban process that is similar to the Workitems.
Managing this via our system admin takes upto 14 days to process a low priority ticket through Service Now and I would need to spend a lot of time typing up the changes I want to make in the Display Fields of the project. Not very efficient.
