The Portfolio item Kanban Board currently has 2 team-based filters:
Portfolio Item Team - Which appears to show PIs where a given team has backlog
Workitem Team - Which appears to show only PIs that have the given team set as Target Team
Portfolio Item Tree View has 3 team-based filters:
Team - which returns PIs that have the given name on children backlog and/or target team
Portfolio Item Team - Which appears to show PIs where a given team has backlog (same the the Kanban Board)
Workitem Team - Which appears to show PIs that have the given team set as Target Team and any team owned backlog items in PIs they are not target team of, but without showing the PI itself (whihc I guess makes sense since in this view backlog is visible.
It seems like there is room to improve these views to behave more consistently and intuitively
1) Have a filter on kanban boards called "Team" that works like the Tree view does, not sure why it is not in both places
2) Rename existing Portfolio Item Team filter to be called Workitem Team, since it seems to describe the above behavior better
3) The current Workitem Team filter should be renamed to Target Team, since that is the field it appears to filter by.
