There are a few "quirks" with the new filtering functionality but overall I like it. One minor issue that causes a surprising number of headaches is not having an "Unassigned" option for portfolio item filter. Other fields have it already so I imagine it should be relatively simple to add.
#1 use case would be to create a new view that shows all the backlog items missing a portfolio item (we require it if it's assigned to a sprint).
