We have roles in our organisation who are peripherally involved in implementing our products, and occasionally need to be able to read details or check up on something, but they do not need a permanent VersionOne license, as they only need to do this a few times a quarter (currently at least).

We use VersionOne as our primary ALM for product development, which means we already have many hundreds of licenses. However, our implementation teams need a way of being able to check the details of epics and features before they can install and configure the software for clients. This would require simpler read-only access, but we are having to develop external reporting tools for them, which means the data they can see is not the latest and greatest, and it is not as usable as accessing it directly.

Currently guest collaborators are only able to collaborate on conversations for individual work items into which they have been invited. It would be good to either extend the capabilities of that role, or have a similar read-only role which does not use a license.
