As a production support team, I want integration between VersionOne and Cherwell so that I can focus on resolving incidents using one rather than two tools to manage my work.

V1 already has support for ServiceNow. Cherwell is rapidly growing to be a major player in the prod-OPs market, so adding V1 support will encourage other customers to begin using V1 for dev and dev-OPs.


  • This would be very helpful for us as we are starting to use VersionOne Lifecycle for tracking both planned work and tickets. If there was a connector/integration that would allow tickets to automatically flow from Cherwell into say, the "Requests" area of VersionOne Lifecycle, then we could do everything from one system.
