The 2017 Summer Release turned all our system generated avatars into males wearing ties. This assumption is incorrect for a large % of our users and, in my opinion, culturally tone-deaf. As a System Admin who feels responsible for the tool, this is something I want to revert or replace but I can't today.
Sample solutions:
1) Return to a unisex avatar as the system default (Then) Allow for more built-in options for users to select from
2) Allow system admins to change the default avatar image to one of their own companies preference

Thank you

  • Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am happy to announce that the tie has been removed from the default avatar. As always, the default avatar can be customized for each team member by uploading a new image.
