When you use the new roadmap timeline, and choose to group by Strategic Theme, the left side column shows ALL strategic themes that are *available* to the project. It should only show those Strategic Themes that are *used* by the project.

Currently, most of the display is taken up by rows and rows of unused Strategic Themes, and our project managers want to report against just what they are using. It's an excellent view to share with their directors, upper management, etc.

Note: This is *not* caused by any Strategic Themes that were used way long ago, but just not used now. (Verified) The example we are looking at is for a brand-new project.

Thanks.

  • Having many rows that are not in actual use renders the view useless as you can no longer see the calendar across the top (not to mention adding unnecessary noise)
