My feedback is more related to the support offered by VersionOne. I have found that the Help documents and the Webinars offered do a pretty consistently poor job of providing context around the subject material.

Example; I'm sitting a webinar right now. The host showed the Scorecard feature. "We have 25% of our stories un-estimated. That's a bad thing." and then he moves right on without discussing what makes that a bad thing and what should be done about it.

Put another way, I think the training and support should focus on WORKFLOW, rather than just FUNCTIONALITY.
