Jenkins integration requires a username/password combination instead of allowing access using a secure token. Our passwords change every 90 days, so maintaining the username/password in continuum will be tedious.

Agreed. The inability to leverage V1 Notifer while using Windows Integrated Authentication is a non-starter for enterprise-level V1 instances.
