It is so handy to use the "plan story" feature to use pre-defined templates when adding tasks for a user story. Why can't we use the same feature for DEFECTS? As a work-around, we have converted our defect to a user story, added the tasks from the template, then converted the user story to a defect. There has to be a better way!!

There is support for Defect Templates. We have used them for quite some time on the Asset Suite PD team.
How do you get to that feature? The dropdown for a defect does not have anything like user stories have "plan story". Thanks
