Provide option to increase attachment limit for On-Demand Customers. Currently its being set to 4 MB and I have documents more than 4 MB size.

It is not unheard of for us to have excel attachments for the users that are larger than this. Jira had a limit of 10MB and even there, we would once in a blue moon have an attachment that approached 18MB that we would then have to split.
