Hi! My company uses SNOW (Service Now) for all ITSM processes. Would like integration - one-way or two-way integration between SNOW and V1 so that all are efforts are captured on V1 for reporting but we still support the customer support in keeping the customers updated on incident status and expected delivery timelines with our comments.

Our idea is to map the incident status to the V1 column names so that movement on V1 will update the same on SNOW.

Also, whenever we are "ready to roll-out" on V1, we should be able to create a Change Request on SNOW with a click. The Change Request process is being used now for audit purposes as our company is a public listed company. I would like some ideas from people who use V1 for such kind of regulatory audit requirements for roll-outs to production.
