You can "Watch User Story" on a particular story, and that story will be added to your notifications with a type of "User Story Changed". However, there is no matching subscription for "User Story Changed". Can you add a general "User Story Changed" subscription so that the owners of stories do not need to go in by hand and "watch" each user story.

Additionally, I feel like there should be a detail as to HOW the user story changed. Was it accepted? Was it moved from "In Progress" to "Done"? Etc.
