Since the Username field is what authenticates user access, and is a good unique identifier field, it would be nice if the Username field was marked as required, along with the Full Name and Short Name at the New Member window.

• The Username field on Members can be marked as Required from the Global Assets page under Asset Customization in the Administration side panel.
