TeamRoom is a great idea but one thing that is missing is the ability to display issues as a panel. As coaches we spend a lot of time trying to keep impediment removal as a central part of agile growth. It seems there would be value in having this in the team's face in the TeamRoom.

  • Yes absolutely - why is it not there when it's on the Sprint Tracking Taskboard ?

  • agreed, would be nice to have all items under the Sprint Tracking heading available in the team room.

  • Totally agree! If something is blocked, we need to keep that at the forefront of our minds. It would be great to be able to see a list of blockers in a tab in addition to being able to click into a story and see the issue.

  • As a V1 Issues user I would like an issues Kanban wall. Preferably as part of the team room.

We use issues to track vendor defects and cases numbers that we have open with the vendor. For the most part this works well for us. But we don’t have an active story to resolve these issues and the vendor is not tracking their work on our V1 system. Therefore there is no Kanban type of view to show how these issues are progressing. Immediately after standup a few times a week, a few members stay behind to talk about the latest progress with the vendor issues. It would be nice to have an issue Kanban in the Team room to make this conversation easier and more visible to the team in a way that they already understand (Kanban wall) instead of having to use the issues view and playing with the sort order, display fields etc.

  • You can do this now.

    Open the TeamRoom
Open the TeamRoom properties (little gear thing).
    Click Plugins
Hover over the available plugins and click INSTALL.
Give it a meaningful title, such as "Issues"
Grab the URL and paste it in from one of the following places:
    1) Product > Input > Issues
    2) Team > Iteration Planning (or Sprint Planning) > Issues
    3) Team > Iteration Tracking (or Sprint Tracking) > Issues
    Click OK

Go back to your teamroom and you will see "Issues" now listed in the gray ribbon. Just make sure to select the proper project from the project tree, which can get annoying if you are in multiple projects.

  • I am bumping this. Issues, even if not linked to workitems the current sprint, should be transparent in the team room. Help our ScrumMasters focus on impediment removal!
